TeamSnap is NYSA’s official team management platform. You’ll use it to communicate with parents, track attendance, and manage your roster.

1. Download the TeamSnap app (iOS or Android) or visit teamsnap.com
2. You’ll receive an invitation email from NYSA — accept it to access your team
3. Set up your team profile and add your practice schedule
4. Invite all parents and players to join via email

• Use TeamSnap Messages for team-wide announcements
• Send game/practice reminders 24–48 hours in advance
• Post cancellations immediately — parents check TeamSnap first
• Use the Availability feature to track who’s attending each event

• Add all players with their jersey numbers early in the season
• Keep emergency contact info updated in TeamSnap
• Use the Track Availability feature for game planning
• Export your roster as needed for game cards
